I just wanted to say thank you for the work CCS did at my home this week. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from not only yourself but the technicians you sent to complete the install. I've been told and am aware that I am quite "particular" about how the work is completed and how the finished product looks. Your guys went out of their way to make sure they understood what I was wanting. I have hired many contractors to perform work over the years but this is the first time I came home and the finished product was exactly how I wanted. I am used to having to spend the weekend "touching up" work to meet my standards and I appreciate that I have absolutely nothing do as your guys finished product is perfect. In Jan 2012 I found myself with a dead furnace. I contacted Custom Cooling & received a quote immediately from the owner, Heathe Thompson. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process, including the Government Grant rebates. Mr. Thompson came to my home that same day to expedite the install. Custom Cooling arranged for my energy audit right away & took care of all the details, within 3 working days the entire process was complete. The install crew were very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. They left absolutely no mess behind, you could barely tell they had been here. The energy audit determined I was 53% efficient before the install, I am now at 84%. I am very pleased with my experience & would recommend them to anyone.

I just want to take a moment to give some feedback on our experience with Custom Cooling Systems and the system we had installed.

In November 2008 we asked Custom Cooling to give us a quote on the installation and costs of replacing our furnace and hot water tank with a new heat pump and a hot water on demand system. Dan came over and gave us a complete break down of what systems are available to fit our needs. We found Dan to be very polite, knowledgeable and very professional.

After reviewing the competition we contacted Custom Cooling and arranged an date for the install. In April 2009 they arrived and installed the systems. The work was completed without interruption of our busy lives and the install was done to a very high standard.

It has been a year now and both my wife and I agree that this was one of the best investments we have made. Almost immediately we had approximately 35% of the initial costs returned to us through Federal Government grants, Provincial incentives and manufacturers rebates. The home is cool in the summer and constant warm in the winter. To boot, our hydro and gas bills have dropped by at least 40%.

Secondly, on the day of installation of a new furnace, two Steves demonstrated their professionalism in every aspects. From workmanship, carefulness, patience and cleanliness, my wife and myself were very impressed by their performance.

Our new Lennox Heat pump system and GSW Electric water heater were installed April 22 - 27, 2009 and we are loving the whole package. It was not only wonderful to have heat after 6 weeks without but to have such an efficient and quiet system is a real bonus. The heat pump is indeed whisper quiet as promised and the indoor unit is as well. Gone are the days when a blast of heat would rush out of the laundry room when the water heater was heating the water. We love the comfortable feeling in our home.

We were very impressed with Custom Cooling from start to finish. Our initial visit to the showroom with Dan was informative, Heath's visit for the in-home estimate was done in a timely manner and was extremely detailed. When Anthony and his team arrived to begin the installation they were polite, efficient and hard working. Due care was taken to protect our home from the mess that is inevitable in this type of installation. We were kept up to date every step of the way. Anthony and his team are to be commended. We were impressed with them all. Since our installation required a complete ducting system being installed in the attic this was not an easy job. We can't say enough about the fellows that worked in our home - really top notch.

When Anthony was finished on the final day he took the time to explain everything to us although it was late (my husband had just arrived home from work at 7 pm). Anthony was patient and explained how the system worked in easy to understand language. He reassured us that you were only a phone call away if we needed any further information.

The Custom Cooling team is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring their services.

My practice is not only to "complain" when things are not correct but to let everyone know when things are done correct, as a whole we seldom reward those for doing a good job.

My heater is working great .. which is a good thing as it was quite cold when I got home .. had to keep my coat on and add socks to stay warm.

Yesterday Jeff and "side kick" (no-one told me his name) did a great job installing the heater, they went the extra mile to satisfy the customer and I could not be happier. As you know I had a couple extra things I wanted done... they did them and a great job at that.

I will recommend your company for both its sales and installation.
