Both the Federal Government (ecoEnergy) and Provincial Government (LiveSmartBC) provides grants to make your home more energy efficient and reduce emissions. With the purchase of any high efficiency energy star system from Custom Cooling Solutions, we will assist you in completing the required steps to obtain the applicable grants. ecoENERGY The Government of Canada provides ecoENERGY retrofit grants to make your home more energy efficient. To be eligible for incentives, the new equipment must have a higher efficiency than that of the original equipment. - Space Heating
If more than one Primary Space Heating measure is installed, the participant will be awarded the highest LiveSmart BC Program incentive amount for which they are eligible. No LiveSmart BC Program incentive will be provided for a second Primary space heating measure. Participants will continue to qualify, if eligible, for all incentives offered under the federal ecoENERGY Retrofit � Homes incentives including for multiple heating systems, and for Other Space Heating incentives detailed in this brochure. - Gas Furnace
In some locations, a $250 portion of the Gas Furnace or Boiler incentive is provided by Terasen Gas. This incentive can be accessed through either the LiveSmart BC: Efficiency Incentive Program or the Terasen ENERGY STAR Heating System Program. However the incentive can only be claimed once. Homeowners who have received bill credit through the Terasen ENERGY STAR Heating System Upgrade Program will receive $250 less for eligible Gas Furnace or Boiler upgrades. - Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)

To qualify for PST exemptions , ground source heat pumps must be ENERGY STAR. - Water Heating
In addition to Water Heater incentive, participants are eligible for a Drain Water Heat Recovery and Solar Water Heater incentives. - Air Tightness and Draft Proofing
Materials used in air tightness and draft proofing are PST exempt if they are designed primarily to prevent heat loss from a building. These values were taken from ecoEnergy and LiveSmartBC website on April 27, 2009. Custom Cooling Solutions does not make any promises or guaranties that you will receive the above mentioned values.
